Qualquer decisão ou atitude sua que ...vá contra essas mudanças, é uma tentativa do seu ego de te sabotar.
Ele vai tentar travestir sua autocomplacência e sua procrastinação com algo parecido com liberdade.
Ele vai querer te convencer que não é bem assim, que é melhor ser livre e aproveitar a vida, que todo esse papo de mudança é besteira, que você não precisa ser tão radical ou cobrar tanto de si mesmo.
Ele vai querer te convencer que todos somos humanos, e que não tem nada de mais ser do jeito que você é, com suas falhas e imperfeições.
Ele vai querer te convencer que você é imortal e tem todo o tempo do mundo para mudar, que nada é tão urgente.
Ele vai querer te convencer que é melhor ser "livre" e ser quem você é, afinal a vida é sua, e você tem que fazer o que te faz feliz.
Cabe a você deixar o ego falando falando sozinho, essa voz tagarela, agitada, imediatista e superficial, e ouvir sua voz interior, aquela que é calma, profunda, verdadeira e sábia.
O ego nos faz confundir fraqueza interior com liberdade.
Para um guerreiro, a maior liberdade é a de ser impecável.
